Newton Industries Ltd. Announces Strategic Acquisition of Canadian Astro Supplies Ltd.
Newton Industries Ltd., a Langley‑based manufacturer specializing in plastic injection molding and sustainable manufacturing, is pleased to announce its planned acquisition of Canadian Astro Supplies Ltd., a Surrey‑based manufacturer and wholesaler of CTS pipe hangers and plumbing hardware.
This acquisition builds upon a long‑standing partnership between the two companies. Since 2015, Newton has served as the primary manufacturing partner for Canadian Astro, producing key components and supporting its distribution across Canada and the United States.
